1. Service Scope

VaulTone Productions Ltd. provides custom music production and ghost production services as detailed on our website. All services are provided based on individual requests and subject to project-based agreement.

2. Pricing

All prices listed on the website are net prices (exclusive of VAT). Applicable taxes, such as EU VAT, may be added based on the buyer's location and legal status (individual or business).

The final price will be confirmed via email after reviewing your request and before payment.

3. Payment

Payments are made via secure third-party processors (e.g., Stripe). Full payment must be completed before project delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Please note that a processing fee of approximately 1–2% may be applied by the payment provider at checkout. This fee is outside the control of VaulTone Productions Ltd. and charged directly by the payment gateway.

4. Delivery & Turnaround

Delivery timelines are communicated after request evaluation. Delays may occur based on project complexity and production queue. VaulTone Productions Ltd. will maintain communication throughout the process.

5. Intellectual Property & Usage

Unless otherwise agreed:
All ghost produced works are transferred to the buyer with full rights, including commercial usage.

6. Revisions & Refunds

Revisions are included as specified per package. Additional changes may incur extra costs.

Refunds are not available after payment has been made, regardless of whether production has started. By placing an order and submitting payment, the client acknowledges and agrees that, due to the custom and digital nature of the service, the right of withdrawal is waived once payment is completed.

7. Tax Responsibility

Customers are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or charges required by their local jurisdiction.

VaulTone Productions Ltd. complies with EU VAT obligations under OSS (One-Stop Shop) rules.

8. Limitation of Liability

VaulTone Productions Ltd. is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from service use. We do not guarantee commercial success, streaming numbers, or placements.

9. Privacy

All personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By submitting the request form, you consent to data processing for service delivery.

10. Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any legal disputes shall be handled by the competent courts in Cyprus.

11. Demo & Reference Track Usage

All demo and reference tracks available on the VaulTone Productions Ltd. website or shared privately for preview purposes are strictly for evaluation only.

Downloading, copying, distributing, or using these materials in any form without written permission is strictly prohibited and constitutes a violation of intellectual property rights.

Any unauthorized use may result in legal action, including but not limited to copyright infringement claims, damages, and removal of content from digital platforms.
